Bakr’s unisex tee “Brick Flower” is first hand-printed in iron rust black, prepared through a 45-day fermentation of iron rust and molasses. It is then dyed using an ancient, lost madder dyeing technique we have revived at our workshop. The piece is further hand-painted using myrobalan yellow, olive green derived from myrobalan flower and iron, and grey from iron rust dye. It is then carefully hand-resisted using the traditional Japanese rice paste resist technique, before being over-dyed in our organic honey indigo vat, creating layered tones and natural variations unique to each garment.

These can be made in our new OS fits — oversized but more toned and better fitting than the ones we’ve done before. (We’ll reach out to you after you place your order to confirm your preferred fit and size.)

Bakr OS t-shirts are oversized t-shirts made from 180gsm organic cotton.  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This garment is hand printed and hand dyed in 100% handcrafted natural colours. Like a fine wine, it gets better with age; Faint bleeds and effects are its characters.

We recommend you hand-wash this garment separately in Luke warm water using mild detergents / delicate machine wash only.

DO NOT BLEACH / EXPOSE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR HEAT
