• India: Shipping is free for all orders.
• International: Standard shipping charges apply to international orders.
• Delivery Time: 

  Orders are typically shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping partner and destination.

  As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, production timelines may occasionally vary. If there is a delay, it is simply because we refuse to compromise on the quality of our work. We would rather take the extra time needed to ensure every piece meets our standards than rush the process and deliver something less than our best. In fact, we’d rather face your wrath for a delay than send out something we aren’t completely happy with.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order pieces. However, our customer care team can assist with product or size-related concerns.
• Exceptions: We offer refunds or re-fulfillment in the following cases:
  • Wrongful delivery (product doesn’t match the order confirmation).
  • Genuine quality or manufacturing defects.
• Time Frame: Claims must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
