Fire in Kala cotton is a small 10x10 inch napkin, hand printed using an ancient mordant technique, and over dyed in 100% natural madder. This technique of mordant dyeing is ancient and something that was revived at the Bakr studio.

This item is individually hand-printed and hand-painted using 100% natural dyes, resulting in subtle variations that make each piece truly unique.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This garment is hand-printed and hand-dyed in 100% handcrafted natural colours. Like fine wine, it only gets better with age—faint bleeds and effects are part of its character.

We recommend hand-washing this garment separately in lukewarm water using mild detergents, or using a delicate machine wash cycle.

DO NOT BLEACH / DO NOT EXPOSE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR HEAT
