Bakr’s unisex OS crewneck, Boulevard in Mint Pink, is a meticulously engineered, mordant hand-painted tee. The garment is first hand-printed in Rust Black, then mordant hand-painted, and finally over-dyed in 100% natural Madder. Unlike most alizarin reds found in the market, every shade on this tee comes solely from organic Madder. Achieving a pure red hue from Madder on cotton is a technique that was lost over time—a process we have painstakingly revived through relentless experimentation.
